Who is a typical client for you?
Most of our clients are small but growing businesses that aren’t ready for full-time hires but still need reliable support with finance, systems, or HR.

What makes you different from a virtual assistant or freelancer?
We’re more strategic and hands-on than a typical VA and more flexible than hiring an employee. We bring structure, systems, and proactive support, not just task completion.

Do you only work with businesses in certain industries?
Not at all. We’ve supported clients in healthcare, creative agencies, trades, real estate, and more. As long as you need help getting organized and growing sustainably, we’re likely a good fit.

Can you help with just one-off projects?
Yes. While many of our clients work with us monthly, we also take on one-time projects like system setup, hiring help, or bookkeeping cleanup.

What financial services do you offer?
We offer full-service bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, monthly reporting, account clean-up, and financial system setup. We also support bill pay (accounts payable), customer invoicing (accounts receivable), payroll administration, and sales tax filings, all tailored to your business needs.

Do you only work in QuickBooks?
We primarily use QuickBooks Online, but we also have experience with Xero, Wave, and other industry-specific tools. We’re comfortable working with most major accounting software and can adapt to whatever system works best for your team.

Can you help if I’m way behind on my books?
Absolutely! It’s one of the most common reasons clients reach out. We’ll get your books cleaned up, organized, and back on track so you can move forward with confidence.

Do you file taxes?
We don’t file taxes directly, but we work closely with your CPA or tax preparer to make sure everything is accurate, organized, and ready for year-end. If you need help finding a great CPA, we’re happy to refer trusted partners.

Will you work with my existing bookkeeper or CPA?
Definitely. We’re collaborative by nature and happy to partner with any existing professionals on your team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

How often will I hear from you?
That depends on your service package and what your business needs. Some clients want regular updates and others prefer a lighter touch. Either way, we’ll work with you to set a cadence that makes sense and keeps you informed.

We help with system setup, workflow design, task tracking, SOPs, inbox and calendar management, vendor coordination, and general process optimization.

Can you help set up my CRM or project management tools?
Yes! We’ve helped clients implement and organize tools like ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, Notion, and more.

Can you document my systems and create SOPs?
Absolutely. We’ll work with you to map out your processes, create documentation, and make sure it’s easy to maintain as your team grows.

Do you offer customer support help too?
Yes. If you need help managing your inbox, responding to clients, or improving response times, we can support that.

What if I don’t have any systems in place yet?
That’s totally fine. We love building from scratch and helping you figure out what tools and workflows make sense for your business.

Can you help me hire my first employee or contractor?
Yes! We often support clients through their first few hires. We handle job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Do you write job postings and help with outreach?
We do. We can write compelling job descriptions, manage your job board postings, and reach out to candidates directly if needed.

What kinds of roles can you help recruit for?
We’ve helped clients hire for admin, marketing, finance, and operational roles, both full-time and part-time. We’re not limited to one industry or type.

Can you help with onboarding new team members?

That’s exactly when we’re most helpful. We fill in the gaps and build the basics so you can confidently grow your team without needing a full-time HR person.
